Florence Pugh's Latest Stretched Hairstyle Gets a Sculptural Makeover

Before she decided to take out the clippers last May, Florence Pugh's hairstyles were spectacular. While the early buzz cuts were fun, it's even more exciting to see what she's up to now that her hair has grown out a bit. I'd love to see a hair-vision board, and I'd be interested in seeing what she does now that her hair is a little longer.

On Tuesday, January 9, the Oppenheimer star showed off another gorgeous, quirky hairstyle at the 14th Annual Governors Awards. The look was half Old Hollywood, half extraterrestrial, a far cry from the Mohawk/pompadour style he wore at the Golden Globes a few days earlier. One side-parted side of shiny blonde hair featured voluminous curls, while the other was set in a short flip.

The brains behind this look was Adir Abergel, who also created the up-do for Pew's Golden Globe Awards.

"Stunning!" ! She is gorgeous and her hair is absolutely beautiful," wrote one commenter on the hair stylist's post that night. After others asked how she keeps her hair looking so sculpted, Abergel said she has a special product she uses to get things started. 'I always start by prepping my hair with Virtue Labs Volumizing Mousse. It's great for remembering hairstyles."

Pugh said he once shaved his head to "take the vanity out of the picture."

"I deliberately chose to look that way ... Hollywood is very glamorous, especially for women, and it's hard for audiences to see through that," she said in a July 2023 interview.

Keep scrolling to see how Pugh's hair has grown since making the big decision.
